La Envia Golf

Opened in 1993, La Envia Golf Club is a desert oasis which was designed by Francisco Mendoza Montero.  Located on a lake in a valley in the mountains of Vicar.  Sited between mountains gives the course a perfect golfing environment being protected from the winds. Over 5700m from the white tees, there are numerous bunkers and lakes, which act as hazards. Palm trees, mimosa trees, agaves and many indigenous shrubs line each of the 18 holes, which are laid out in a irregular profile. The golf course is 15 minutes from Almeria.La Envia is an oasis in the middle of a spectacular desert. 

Bunkers and lakes will also exercise your accuracy, expertise and skill as a golfer. A buggy is almost a must on this course due to the terain.  The course is set at the heart of an ambitious project, residential and hotel, with many other sport facilities.

La Envia Golf Club has, among other facilities, a marvellous restaurant, which is a compulsory stop for golfers and non-golfers.
