Any reference to Golfing Options is a direct reference to Golfing Options SL.
You can make your reservation by telephone or email. Once you have accepted our quotation and we have reserved your place on the Gala Week, we would then require your deposit of €100.
The remaining balance must be received by Golfing Options no later than 6 weeks prior to the start of the competition.
Should it become necessary to cancel a booking through circumstances beyond our control, the client will receive a full refund and no liability will be accepted.
Any changes or cancellations must be put in writing as soon as possible to info@golfingoptions.com. The following charges will apply:-
• 8 Weeks prior to arrival - 100% refund for individual cancellations.
• In the event of a full group booking a fee of €25 per person will be charged.
• 6 - 8 Weeks prior to arrival - 50% of total costs (except groups of 20+ 100% of total costs must be paid).
• 6 Weeks or less prior to arrival - 100% of total costs must be paid.
We strongly recommend that clients have adequate insurance for the duration of their stay. This should cover you if you have to cancel your holiday, or for any accidents or loss incurred whilst you are away.
We recommend that all golfers are in possession of their handicap certificates / cards as you may ask you to produce them in cases of disputes.
Golfing Options accept no responsibility or liability, for loss, damage or cancellations caused by War, Terrorist acts, Riots, Industrial disputes, fire, Natural Disaster or other circumstances beyond our control.
In the unlikely event that you experience any problems during your stay, contact one of our staff or directors immediately and we will endeavor to assist and rectify any problem as soon as possible.
Golfing Options accept no responsibility for any changes to Taxes or VAT or any other government charges.
At the time of going to print all information and descriptions are correct to the best of our knowledge. On occasions Hotel and property owners make changes without informing us, and some rooms may vary, we accept no liability should this occur.
Please note payments made by Credit or Debit card atract a 2.5% charge from the banks, which is passed onto the customer. Bank Transfers must be made in sufficient time to ensure the money arrives at our bank within the 6 week deadline.
Golfing Options cannot be held responsible for Golf Course closure due to adverse weather conditions. It is at the discretion of the Golf Course Management whether the course remains open or closed due to weather conditions. No refunds will be automaticly offered to clients if courses are unplayable due to weather. The competition will be worked on the results of those games played only.
The competiton will be played on the Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Tee Off times and groups will be posted on the notice board in the Hotel. Scoring will be using Stableford singles over the four days, accumulating score.
All score cards must be returned to a Golfing Options representative in the hotel the day after play except the Friday when it must be returned immediatley after play.
