This course is set in the foothills and is well known for its friendly atmosphere. It is owned by Englishman Rory Leader.
The course is very popular and the policy is to concentrate on visiting golfers, with a convivial clubhouse and good food.
You'll enjoy it.
Not a lengthy course but the long par threes, sloping approaches, many water hazards and dangerous roughs compensate for the wide fairways and large greens.
The design cleverly uses the natural landscape and offers golf in a magnicent setting, with sea views from most holes.
If you fancy yourself as an accurate hitter you might be tempted to go for the green on the par 4 tenth all of 250m with the first shot. Beware, though it's downhill, swirls to the left and ends with water both sides of the green.
The long par 3 fourteenth is daunting. The green lies uphil this time, almost 200m away and across a ravine.
