Alicante Golf

Alicante golf is a city course designed by Severiano Ballesteros and opened in 1998. It is located near to the beach making it an ideal vacation course. The course is built around a residential urbanisation, this means going under the roads on several occasions in specially designed buggy tunnels. Despite this it is spacious but there are a number of holes and with waters hazards and out-of-bounds.The course increases in difficulty as it goes on giving players time to get into their swing. Greens are ample and straight forward, defended by strategically located bunkers. There are 6 par 5s, par 4s and par 3s, on this course, which is a challenge for anyone. However, a pleasure to play. A buggy is recommended but comes in the price of the Green Fees.
